Global Sweets Market LLC - Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

Global Sweets Market LLC currently ships products only to the mainland USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following USPS shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days for most locations.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

4. Handling Time and Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

5. Melt-Free Guarantee

All orders are carefully packed with insulation and ice packs as needed during warmer months to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition. We check the weather before shipping to determine the best packing method.

If your order arrives melted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to replace it with the same item, or another of similar value.

6. Warm Weather Protocol

For temperatures 80°F and above, we pack orders with extra insulation and ice packs. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to maintain its quality upon delivery.

We recommend shipping to a location where the package can be received directly or stored at a moderate temperature.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

8. Shipping Delays and Issues
